Last minute brides – meet your wedding suppliers

Most couples planning their wedding have the luxury of time on their side. They can research which venue would be perfect for the day they have envisaged and know that they will more than likely have a date available that will suit them. Equally, they can deliberate over who will be their perfect photographer, florist, make-up artist etc and be fairly certain of securing their services for the date in question.

Often though, for a variety of reasons, couples find themselves having to plan their wedding in a relatively short period of time. This can make it much more difficult to find a venue that suits them that has availability within their chosen time frame and, once the date and venue is set, find other suppliers that happen to have availability on that date.

Tracking down available suppliers on your own means doing research to find the ones you like and then contacting them all individually, all the time facing the possibility that they are highly likely to come back and say they are already booked. When time is short, this is both stressful and frustrating. You may feel compelled to compromise when you know there’s a good chance someone better might be available, if you could just find them.

And yet, with the sheer number of wedding suppliers there are these days, most have some gaps in their diaries that they would like to fill given the opportunity. If only they could make themselves known to those couples that they’re sure are out there somewhere searching for their services on those dates.

Couples need only make one request via our enquiry form and that information is passed on to all the suppliers on our list. Any who meet the requirements and have the availability can then respond, and the couple in question can check them out knowing that they are not wasting valuable time looking at a supplier who isn’t available or doesn’t fit their requirements.

It’s a simple but ingenious service that results in great win/win situations for all involved. Couples get the suppliers that will make their day everything they hope for, and suppliers get to fill gaps in their diaries that would have otherwise have remained unbooked.
